There are lots of other very nice hotels in the area. I will not be making any more reservations here nor would a I recommend any else take the chance.
Finally, the operator told me that there was no manager to help me at this time. (I called on a Sunday.) I asked for a manager and had to call back three or four times because every time I was transferred I received a voice mail. When I called to discuss this with the hotel, I was told the billing department only work Monday through Friday. It seems the agent canceled my reservation for the first night but not the second night.
When I received my credit card statement, I had been charged for the second night I was supposed to be there. This was done at least a week in advance. The agent was given the confirmation number for the two night stay. Unfortunately, I could not stay so I called to cancel the reservation with an agent at the hotel. I made sure when I made the reservation I could cancel without penalty. I booked a stay at Morongo for November 22 - 23.
